General Yoga Classes Class for all levels. Students will progress based on their own ability. Emphasis will be on relieve of stress, increase flexibility, Sculpt muscles, injury prevention and an overall full body health.
Yoga for Runners Class will be geared towards the runner. Students will work on essential flexibility to prevent common injuries to runners. Come in and increase your range of motion that will create a longer and more powerful stride and also learn to connect your core to the rest of your body to develop balance and control you need to run well.
Yoga for Swimmers This is the best way for swimmers to increase their range of motion and help prevent common swimmer injuries. Yoga is highly recommended by USA Swimming.
