Ages - 2.5 to 8 Ability - Level 1 is for swimmers that are new to the water and have little to no swim experience. This level is mostly focused on comfortability in the water, breath control, developing a kick, and floating skills.
Ages - 4 to 11 Ability - Level 2 is for swimmers that have developed a comfortability in the water, can kick and float independently, and swim a few strokes of freestyle and backstroke.
Ages - 5 to 12 Ability - Level 3 is for swimmers that have mastered a freestyle kick, can swim freestyle and backstroke for 12.5 yards (half the pool), and can properly push off the wall in a streamline.
Ages - 6 to 12 Ability - Level 4 is for swimmers who have mastered freestyle and backstroke and can swim full lengths, have knowledge of how to do flipturns, and can do a dolphin kick.
