AquaFit-X is a combination of swimming short and medium distances coupling dryland work and Bodyweight exercises. Each workout has key philosophies broken down into specific muscles trained, all the while incorporating dynamic ranges of motion, stabilization, strength and even power. AquaFit-X workouts are adaptable to all ability levels.
Work out at your own pace with our WEST Superior coaches, Coach James Balcer, one of the best Fitness Trainers you can find. Coach James will set up unique workouts each week which can be customized for your swimming ability and physical fitness. Can't do butterfly? No need! You're a great swimmer in even greater shape? Fantastic! You will receive great benefits from these workouts.
Part of the workout might be 100 free, 15 bicep curls, 100 back, 20 tabletop scrunches, 150 free... You get the picture. Feel great afterwards! Seriously!
AquaFit-X is designed for ages 16 and up! All you need to bring is your suit, goggles (if needed), water bottle and an anticipation of fun that's good for you!

Workouts start at 10:30 but come a little earlier to meet your trainer and hear what you will be doing and the philosophy behind that day's workout.
